What if my Co owner refuse to pay monthly montage, pub and all and she file herself in bankruptcy and harrising me situation critical like life and death I want to be out from this joint venture ownership what can I do and what happen if I also not paying MONTHLY instalment ?????? Agents who has the solution Please help me suffering alot thanks in advance

Hi,

I would say, the most straight-forward action to take would be to mutually agree to sell off the property, and hopefully gets the property sold before she filed for bankruptcy.

    Hi sir thanks for your reply , the loan is from hdb and still hug amount is remaining to pay I was regularly paying MONTHLY instalment but as I want to be out from this joint venture in any condition I just stopped paying since 3 months and she will not talk with anyone I tried mediator,social workers, police but she is stubborn not even coming to talk with anyone my health totally spoiling in stress even right now in hospital, whata the solution if you don't mind to get even your share mentally ready to lose everything just want to be out from this joint venture then what is the solution

Hi Bernam, the worst case scenario will be your bank will come running after both of you for defaulting of payment and lastly to place your unit under auction sale. So the best will be to talk it out among yourself and to sell this unit in peace and move on.
